We require 24-hour notice of any cancellation for all appointments and a credit card is required to hold your reservation.
No call, no show will result in a 100% service charge.
Rescheduling or canceling an appointment within 24-hours will result in a 50% service charge.
Late arrivals will still be charged the full service fee. Time-sensitive appointments, such as waxing and tinting, will likely need to be rescheduled if you cannot arrive on time.
Hydrafacial cancellations within the 24-hour window will be charged 50% of the service cost, no exceptions. No call, no show is 100%.
Med Spa cancellations within the 24-hour window will be a flat $50 fee for each service scheduled. No call, no show is $50 per service.
All appointments will begin and end at their scheduled times.
There is a 3% processing fee added to all payments made with a credit card. Debit card and cash transactions are not subject to this fee. Fee is not applied on gratuity or gift card sales.
Booking an appointment is your agreement to these policies.
