  • We will do our best to ensure that every aspect of your wellness experience will be exceptional, from the moment you arrive to the time you leave. Our providers will address specific needs you communicate to them to the best of their abilities.

    We take the safety of our staff and clients very seriously. Only professional, therapeutic spa services will be provided — any inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

  • Our services are strictly therapeutic and are not a substitute for medical care. Please consult a licensed healthcare provider for medical concerns or questions.

    We encourage open communication with your provider regarding any preferences or concerns you may have during your session. This is your experience and we want you to feel comfortable. You are welcome to speak quietly with your provider or enjoy the session in silence — whatever helps you relax.

    As a locally owned and operated day spa, we appreciate your understanding and support. We do our best to accommodate each client with the resources we have available and strive to provide the highest quality experience within our means.

  • Please be advised there is often a dog present at the spa. Our spa dogs are service animals and are well behaved, gentle, friendly and contribute to our serene and inviting atmosphere.

    Dogs are not allowed in the treatment rooms in observance of potential client allergies, but please let us know in advance if you would like them to be kept solely in our staff area to respect any concerns you may have.

    Clients may only bring certified service animals only.

  • There is a 3% processing fee added to all payments made with a credit card. Debit card and cash transactions are not subject to this fee.

    Fee is not applied on gratuity or gift card sales.

  • We stand behind our services and want every client to have a positive experience. If something does not meet your expectations, please inform your provider during your appointment so adjustments can be made.

    After your service, we value your feedback—it helps us grow and continue to improve. Please feel free to share your thoughts directly with your provider or a manager, and we would greatly appreciate it if you took a moment to leave a review online after your visit.

    For any post-service concerns, please contact us within 24 hours. Management will review your experience and respond with an appropriate resolution, which may include rebooking, credit, or a partial refund. Align Spa is dedicated to maintaining lasting client relationships built on trust and satisfaction.

  • We take the safety of our staff and clients very seriously. Only professional, therapeutic spa services will be provided — any inappropriate conduct will not be tolerated.

  • Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment; this allows you to relax, unwind, use the restroom and enjoy a cup of tea in our relaxation room before your treatment.

    New clients are required to complete a Client Intake Form. If you are receiving advanced services, you will also need to complete an additional form specific to those treatments.

    We kindly ask guests to arrive clean and ready for their service to ensure a comfortable experience for all.

  • We require 24-hour notice of cancellation for all appointments.

    • No call, no show will result in a 100% service charge.

    • Rescheduling or canceling an appointment within 24-hours will result in a 50% service charge.

    • Late arrivals will still be charged the full service fee. Time-sensitive appointments, such as waxing and tinting, will likely need to be rescheduled if you cannot arrive on time.

    • Hydrafacial cancellations within the 24-hour window will be charged 50% of the service cost, no exceptions. No call, no show is 100%.

    • Med Spa rescheduling or cancellations within 24 hours will incur a $50 fee per service scheduled. No call, no show appointments will also be charged $50 per service.

    • All appointments will begin and end at their scheduled times.

    Thank you for your punctuality and respect for your provider's time.

  • Please place your phone on vibrate when you enter the spa, do not use your cell phones in the spa, be respectful of common space and talk quietly with your friends.

  • Booking an appointment is your agreement to these policies. Align Spa has the right to refuse service.

    • I understand that massage therapy and esthetic treatments at Align Spa are strictly therapeutic in nature and are intended solely for relaxation, stress reduction, relief from muscular tension, and the enhancement of circulation, skin health, and overall well-being. These services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

    • I agree to immediately inform my therapist or esthetician if I experience any discomfort, pain, or adverse reaction during the session, so that appropriate adjustments can be made. I understand and accept that the therapist or esthetician cannot be held responsible for any discomfort, pain, or reactions that may occur during or after the session.

    • I acknowledge that the services provided are not a substitute for medical or mental health care and that my therapist or esthetician is not qualified to diagnose, prescribe, or provide treatment for any medical or psychological conditions.

    • I affirm that I have fully disclosed all known medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or other health concerns prior to receiving services. I agree to update my therapist or esthetician of any changes to my health or medical status before future appointments. I understand that failure to disclose relevant health information releases the therapist, esthetician, and Align Spa from any resulting liability.

    • I acknowledge and agree that all services are provided at the discretion of the therapist or esthetician. They reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a session at any time, for any reason they deem necessary, including but not limited to health, safety, or professional concerns.

    • I recognize that Align Spa is a professional wellness environment. I agree to maintain respectful and appropriate behavior at all times. I understand that any inappropriate or sexual conduct will result in the immediate termination of the session, denial of future services, and no refund will be issued.

    • I have read, understood, and agreed to Align Spa’s cancellation policy. I acknowledge that this policy applies regardless of weather, traffic, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
