Program Overview
Align Spa’s Monthly Membership Program is designed to support consistent self-care with regular spa visits. Membership requires a 12-month commitment, with a $75 automatic charge on the 1st of each month.
Each billing cycle includes one prepaid 60-minute service, redeemable for your choice of:
Customized Facial (includes complimentary Dermasound enhancement)
Body Wrap (Coconut Firming or Skin Hydrating)
Hair & Scalp Treatment with Moroccan Oil
Additional 60-minute massages or facials throughout the month can be booked at the $75 membership rate with the option to extend!
Service Upgrades & Add-OnsMembers may extend their facial or massage treatments to:
75-minutes for an additional $20
90-minutes for an additional $40
Other upgrade options include:
Deep Tissue Massage: +$10 (paid directly to your provider)
Body Wrap or Hair & Scalp Treatment (non-prepaid): $85
Duet Massage: +$50 ($25 per person)
Prenatal Massage: +$5 (paid directly to your provider)
Note: If scheduling only allows for a 50-minute service, members may choose a complimentary upgrade (up to $15 value) in recognition of the shorter session.
Alternatively, we offer the Part-Time Residency Bundle.

In addition to monthly services, members enjoy:
15% off all retail products (excludes kombucha)
Gift certificate purchases at member rates (for immediate family and other current members only)
Advanced Esthetic Services: apply your pre-paid service toward the 60-minute Platinum Hydrafacial, 60-minute Microneedling, and Microdermabrasion treatments, along with an additional $25 off as a Member. Save even more when on an Advanced Esthetic Bundle
$40 for 30-minute Reflexology stand-alone appointments ($35 savings).
Membership Sharing
Members may share benefits and pricing with immediate family (spouse/partner, children). You must submit the Member Family Authorization Form and family members must be listed in your agreement to be eligible. Prepaid services may be transferred to listed family members only if you opt into package sharing.
Note: Gift card prices are determined by the recipient’s status. Only your listed family members may receive member pricing when gifted services.

Billing, Freezing & Cancellation
Monthly Billing: Your membership billing begins on the 1st of the month following enrollment and continues for the full 12-month term. The $75 monthly fee includes one prepaid 60-minute service.
Cancellation Before Term Completion: Early cancellation results in a $75 termination fee. You may apply a prepaid service to cover this fee; however, doing so forfeits any additional unused services on your account. No refunds will be issued for unused services upon cancellation.
Membership Freeze: You may freeze your membership at any time with a $30 monthly freeze fee. A 7-day advance notice is required. While your membership is frozen, no prepaid services will accrue, but you will retain access to product discounts and member pricing. There is no limit to the number of months you may freeze your membership.
Credit Card Declines: It is your responsibility to keep a valid credit card on file at all times. If your card is declined twice in consecutive billing cycles, your membership will be automatically canceled.
In this case of a Credit Card Declining -
The $75 early termination fee will be applied immediately
Any unused prepaid services will be forfeited
Previously scheduled upcoming appointments will be canceled
You may rejoin the membership program upon: payment of the $75 early termination fee, providing an updated, valid credit card, and agreeing to a new 12-month commitment, effective the 1st of the following month.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments.
In the event of a late cancellation, members benefit from reduced cancellation fees compared to our standard rates for non-members. Fees vary based on the type and duration of the scheduled service:
Wax or Tint – $15
60-Minute Massage or Facial – $25
75-Minute Massage or Facial – $35
90-Minute Massage or Facial – $45
Please be advised that failure to attend an appointment without prior notice (no call/no show) will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
Note: Hydrafacial appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 50% fee, no member exceptions.
Renewal & Expiration
Memberships may be cancelled with no applicable fees after your 12th billing.
Unused prepaid services expire one month after membership conclusion.
Automatic Renewal & Termination Policy
Memberships purchased online with automatic renewal selected will continue on a month-to-month basis after the initial 12-month commitment term, unless cancelled by the member.
Cancellations made after the 12-month term will incur a $30 termination fee, which will be charged to the card on file at the time of cancellation.
Align Spa reserves the right to terminate a client’s membership at any time for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, violation of spa policies (such as the cancellation policy), breach of membership terms and conditions, or failure to adhere to client etiquette standards.

How do I freeze or cancel my membership?

We recommend downloading the MeGo client app to update cards on file or you are welcome to do it at your next spa visit.
I clicked the link and signed up for the Membership online, is that it?
Almost! There are two additional forms to fill out after you do it online. You will receive a text & email to fill out the ‘Member Family Authorization Form’ and the ‘Monthly Membership Agreement Form’. Your Membership is not considered active until these forms are filled out.
Can I share my membership outside of my immediate family?
Unfortunately, no. To keep our rates affordable for everyone, we ask that you respect our policy limiting membership use to your immediate family only. Thank you for understanding!
Can I gift the Membership to someone?
The Membership program is not designed to be gifted, but it can be done under certain conditions. The card on file must match the name on the signed membership agreements and client profile.
After the purchaser signs up, they can add the recipient on the Member Family Authorization Form. This form allows you to specify whether the recipient can use the prepaid services and/or the card on file.
Please note: The original purchaser must keep their payment information up to date and be the one to contact us for any membership changes—not the family member that it was gifted too.
