Membership Guidelines

    • Accounts may be put on hold for a monthly $30 Freeze Fee. To guarantee this, please provide a 7-day notice prior to billing.
    • An early termination fee of $75 applies if the membership is canceled before the end of the 12-month term.
    • After the monthly auto-billing charge of $75, any additional time or services will incur a 3% credit card fee unless a debit card is used at checkout. This fee does not apply to gratuity.
    • A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. The fee for late notice depends on the length and type of service.
    • At the end of your 12-month term, you must renew the membership agreement for another 12-month term. If you do not renew and sign the agreement again, membership and benefits will end at the conclusion of the month following your 12th auto-billing charge.
    • This program is intended to be shared exclusively with immediate family members. Transfers of prepaid services to friends or extending the rate to others is not permitted.
    • It is your responsibility to keep a valid credit card on file at all times. If your card declines twice in a row, your membership will be canceled, and an early termination fee of $75 will apply.
