I have been working at Align Spa since 2004 and it's been such a pleasure. Align supports their therapists more than any other space I have worked in. We are able to customize our bodywork sessions based on each client's needs. I truly love my job and the talented therapists in my work environment. I feel personally connected to not only our staff but the amazing clientele of Park City.

The front staff is always willing to go to bat for us if there is a problem with clients or any other issues that may arise.

When I joined the Align team in 2015, I was initially concerned about the long drive from near Ogden. Taking the back roads through Henefer turned out to be a peaceful commute, and I’m so glad I made the decision. The spa keeps us consistently busy with a diverse clientele from across the nation and even the world. I’ve had the chance to work with amazing people, some of whom have become friends. The talented staff and supportive management make it feel like family, and I couldn’t imagine being anywhere else.

I live down in Salt Lake City and went looking for a Front Desk position in Park City years ago without the slightest notion that I would still be here today. Align Spa is by far the best place to work! I have been with Align Spa since 2003 and I was one of the first employees. I have worked on some of the same clients since I started and I love them all. Everyone I work with is professional and truly talented. I even drive from Sandy to be at Align because it is such a rewarding company to work for. I have been with Align Spa since 2006. I have loved seeing this company grow. Some of my own massage clients have been coming to me for over 10 years! One of my favorite things about Align Spa is how close the staff is. Whether staff have been here 18+ years or 18 months we are like a family. We support each other through tough times as well as celebrate each other's life milestones. There is a strong sense of empowerment here and each staff member feels heard and validated. I think some people could be deterred by the drive, but I live in Salt Lake and quite enjoy the commute. It’s a beautiful drive and I enjoy listening to audio books or podcasts on my drive. I really couldn't see myself anywhere other than Align Spa!
